This scholarship will support 25 outstanding changemakers to attend the One Young World Summit 2026 in Cape Town, from 3–6 November 2026.

About the Scholarship
The programme focuses on empowering young leaders who are driving social equity in underserved communities.
Selected scholars will gain:

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be aged 18–35 years by November 2026
- Be African nationals and residents
- Lead an initiative supporting marginalised or vulnerable youth
- Align with social equity (education, jobs, entrepreneurship)
- Run a registered non-profit organisation
- Hold a primary leadership role
- Not be funded by major corporations or institutions
- Commit to all pre- and post-summit activities
