What Will You Do?

As an Examination Assistant, you’ll support marking centre operations by:

  • Sorting and packing exam scripts
  • Moving scripts between secure areas
  • Supporting script control procedures

  • Performing general marking centre duties

This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, reliability, and attention to detail, as exam scripts are sensitive national documents.

Minimum Requirements

You must meet ALL of the following:

  • Currently registered at a tertiary institution
  • Reside near the selected marking venue
  • Have your own transport and accommodation
  • Submit a fully completed Z83 form
  • Apply separately if applying for different sessions

Applications will NOT be considered from:

  • Educator Assistants / Teacher Assistants currently employed
  • Non-students
