Targeted Study Programmes

The WBL Programme is open to graduates who completed NCV Level 4 in the following fields:

  • Civil Engineering NCV Level 4
  • Engineering and Related Design NCV Level 4
  • Electrical Infrastructure Construction NCV Level 4

These qualifications are aligned with high-demand sectors such as construction, infrastructure development, energy, manufacturing, and technical services.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Must be South African
  • Must be unemployed
  • Must not be studying or enrolled in any training programme
  • Must not have previously participated in a WIL programme
  • Must be under the age of 35
  • Must have completed studies at Majuba TVET College
  • Applicants with provisional placement letters from companies will be considered

  • Certified copy of South African ID
  • NCV Level 4 academic results (not the certificate)
