Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet ONE of the following:

Option 1: Matric

  • Mathematics (NOT Mathematical Literacy)
  • Physical Science
  • English
  • Minimum 40% pass in all subjects

Option 2: Technical Qualification

  • N2 or higher in a relevant trade

Alternative

  • NCV Level 4 in a relevant trade (all subjects ≥ 40%)

Trade-Specific Requirements

Each trade requires relevant subjects such as:

  • Mathematics
  • Engineering Science
  • Trade Theory
  • Engineering Drawings
