Andru Mining ADT Operator Learnerships 2026 Open for Local Community Applicants

Andru Mining is inviting qualifying unemployed South Africans from communities surrounding its Izimbiwa Operation in Graspan, Middelburg, Mpumalanga, to apply for five ADT (Articulated Dump Truck) Operator Learnerships.

The four-month programme provides practical training in operating heavy mining equipment safely while exposing learners to real mining operations. This is an excellent opportunity for applicants with a Grade 12 qualification and a valid driver’s licence who want to start a career in South Africa’s mining industry.
