ICASA Graduate Development Programme 2026/27 (24 Months)

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) is inviting suitably qualified South African graduates to apply for its Graduate Development Programme 2026/27. This 24-month paid graduate programme provides valuable workplace experience, structured training, coaching, and career development within South Africa’s information and communications technology (ICT) regulatory sector.

Successful applicants will receive a total cost-to-company package of R191 402 per annum while gaining practical experience in engineering, project management, monitoring and evaluation, risk management, and legal compliance.
