INSETA Workplace-Based Learning Programme 2026: R3,500 Monthly Stipend for Central Johannesburg TVET College N6 Graduates
Completing an N6 qualification is a major achievement, but for many TVET College graduates, it is not the final step toward earning a National Diploma.
Business Studies graduates must complete 18 months of Workplace-Based Learning (WIL) before they can obtain their National Diploma. Unfortunately, securing a workplace placement is often one of the biggest challenges facing graduates.
To help address this challenge, the Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (INSETA) has awarded funding for 29 Central Johannesburg TVET College (CJC) graduates who require workplace-based learning to complete their National Diplomas.
Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of R3,500 while gaining valuable workplace experience over an 18-month period.
