South African youth now have a major opportunity to gain work experience and a recognised qualification through a new learnership programme offered by Alliance Skills Development Services.
This programme offers a Further Education and Training Certificate in Generic Management (NQF Level 4) while earning a monthly stipend.
Stipend: Up to R7,000 per month
Duration: 12 Months

About the Learnership
This 12-month structured programme combines:

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Two official languages
- Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- A tertiary qualification (Diploma or higher) in:
- Business Management
- Wholesale & Retail
Age: 18–34
Additional Requirements
- No work experience required
- Must own a smartphone
- Laptop is an advantage
- Must be available full-time for 12 months
- No criminal record
- Fluent in English

This is a full-time learnership, and successful candidates must:
