- Be a South African citizen
- Be 18–29 years old
- Be currently unemployed
- Live within Sasol communities (Secunda, Sasolburg, Ekandustria) or within 50km of Sasol Retail sites
- Have a completed Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed fields
