✔ Academic Requirements
- You must have completed Grade 12
- You must have provisional admission at a recognised South African University or University of Technology
You cannot apply without proof of admission.
✔ Financial Requirement
- Combined household income must not exceed R3 750 per month
✔ Preference Will Be Given To:
- Previously disadvantaged individuals
- Persons with disabilities
- Students living within the Ehlanzeni District area

- Pension slip (if applicable)
- Affidavit if parent/guardian is unemployed

- Doctor’s letter (if parent is permanently disabled)
