Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
- Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management or Labour Relations
- 5 years’ experience in Labour Relations
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literacy
- Strong knowledge of:
- Labour Relations legislation and policies
- Conflict resolution
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle grievances, disciplinary cases, and abscondment matters
- Represent the Department at Conciliation and Arbitration proceedings
- Manage staff relations to support quality service delivery
- Assist in developing staff relations policies and practices
- Identify training gaps and support in-service training programmes
- Investigate and preside over internal enquiries
