About the Production Learner Role
As a Production Learner, you will report to the Production Foreman and take part in assembling tyres safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
You will be trained to:
- Follow strict safety regulations
- Meet quality requirements
- Achieve production cycle targets
- Work as part of a high-performance production team

Successful learners will be expected to:
- Conduct risk assessments on production equipment
- Wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Maintain 3S workplace standards
- Ensure machine controls are functioning correctly
- Remove and return empty spools, trolleys, and rolls
- Move reviewed raw covers to storage bays
- Supply solutions to machines
- Work effectively within a team
- Meet production targets within programme scope
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must have:
- Grade 12 or N3 Certificate
- Mathematics (Pure Maths) and/or Physical Science
