Purpose of the Programme
The objective of this learnership is to provide meaningful, structured workplace experience in warehouse operations. Learners will gain hands-on training in:
- Receiving and processing transferred stock
- Managing customer returns
- Picking, checking, and packing orders
- Preparing shipments for dispatch
- Ensuring order accuracy and completeness
- Following company safety, productivity, and security standards
This programme equips learners with real operational skills required in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be a South African citizen
- Provide a medical certificate confirming disability (from a specialist)
- Have Matric (Grade 12)
- Not have participated in a previous learnership
Advantageous (Not Mandatory):
- Some working experience
- Industry knowledge
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management
Core Competencies Required
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
