What You’ll Be Doing
This role combines business development and talent support — giving you exposure to both revenue growth and recruitment operations.
Business Development
- Researching and identifying prospective clients
- Reaching out to founders and decision-makers via LinkedIn and email
- Booking qualified discovery meetings
- Supporting outbound campaigns and pipeline growth
- Working closely with the Founder on go-to-market strategy
Talent Support
- Assisting with candidate sourcing for live roles
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Organising and maintaining the talent pipeline
