Contact Centre Trainee
Successful candidates will handle customer queries and communication through different channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound customer calls and emails
- Providing accurate information to customers
- Resolving queries quickly and professionally

This role focuses on automotive glass installation and repair.
Key duties include:
- Installing and replacing vehicle glass
- Repairing damaged windscreens

Customer Service Consultant
Customer Service Consultants will support fitment centre operations and ensure customers receive professional assistance.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the front desk at a fitment centre
- Processing internal sales transactions
- Providing operational support to staff and customers
- Assisting in leadership tasks when the centre manager is absent
Human Resources & Finance Trainee
This position provides administrative support within HR and finance departments.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting HR and finance teams with administrative tasks
- Assisting with operational processes
- Maintaining records and documentation
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Matric certificate
- South African citizen
- Age between 18 and 29
- Currently unemployed
- Never participated in the YES4Youth Programme
- No criminal record
A driver’s licence is advantageous but not required.
