About the YES Internship Programme
The Youth Employment Service (YES) Internship Programme at BDO is designed as a career launchpad for young professionals. Interns gain hands-on experience, work on real business projects, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals.
This is not a passive internship — interns actively contribute to projects that shape the organisation.
The People & Culture – Learning & Development role focuses on supporting training initiatives, HR reporting, and skills development processes that influence how people grow and succeed at BDO.
Key Responsibilities and Exposure
Successful interns will gain experience in:
- Learning & Development reporting and analytics
- Database management and document control
- Supporting HR and training programmes
- Data collection, analysis, and insights
- Preparing reports and presentations (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Contributing to projects that impact employee development

Qualifications
A completed degree in one of the following fields:
- Human Resource Management
- Industrial Psychology
- Business Administration
- Training & Development

Technical Skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- PowerPoint proficiency
Experience
- Previous exposure to office administration, reporting, coordination, or data entry is an advantage
