Placement depends on operational needs and availability.
Duties and Responsibilities
Participants will assist with operational tasks such as:
- Receiving, dispatching, and re-supplying stock
- Stock control and loss prevention
- Maintaining warehouse systems and product records
- Ensuring correct stock placement and scanning setup
- Comparing weigh-bridge statistics with claims
- Housekeeping, safety, and security compliance
- Improving picking productivity and reducing idle time
- Capturing transport documentation and reports
- Printing invoices, load sheets, and resolving queries
- Route closure and deviation reporting
- Parts stock control, cycle counts, and returns
- Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- South African citizen
- Aged 18–33 years
- Grade 12 (Matric) completed
- Currently unemployed
- Have not participated in a learnership with another organisation before
