Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Support Front Office operations with finance-related administration.
- Assist Front Office Management with daily financial tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests.
- Maintain professional telephone, email and face-to-face communication.
- Perform administrative, planning and organisational duties.
- Assist with problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Follow Marriott and Westin service standards.
