Who Should Apply
- Matric plus NQF Level 7+ in conservation-related qualification
- PTFC Accredited firearm proficiency qualification
- Range Officer registered with PFTC, EMI 2 qualified
- VPDA certificate and assessor qualifications for NQF 2 – guiding
- 3–5 years’ experience in conservation training, skills development, or as a walking guide in dangerous game areas
- Valid driver’s license (Code B), willingness to travel, and flexible work hours
Candidates must stay outside the park, as the role is not park-based.
Responsibilities

- Conduct firearm shoots and ranger training sessions
- Collaborate with internal departments, SETAs, and external partners for accreditation and funding
- Maintain accurate training records and evaluate program outcomes
