The City of Johannesburg is inviting unemployed youth from Johannesburg communities to apply for a Customer Care Agent Internship within the Transport Department.

R10 109,86 per month (Basic salary, no additional benefits)
Duration
Up to 18 months
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a resident of the City of Johannesburg
- Have Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
- Hold a Diploma in Marketing / Business Management / Business Administration or NQF Level 6 qualification
- Have no prior work experience
- Not have participated in an internship before (unless unrelated to their qualification)
Internship Overview
The internship programme provides structured workplace training for students and graduates who require practical experience to complete their studies or gain post-qualification exposure.
The successful candidate will provide professional customer service, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
