Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
- Fluent in Business English
- Willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Must be unemployed youth in line with YES Programme requirements

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Stock Control & Ordering
- Apply correct stock control measures in-store and back-up areas
- Place accurate stock orders on time
- Prevent out-of-stock situations and report issues to Area Managers
- Control returns, crates, and equipment according to policy
- Ensure products are clean, neat, and correctly displayed
Shelf & Merchandising Control
- Pack shelves according to store flow and merchandising rules
- Maintain fridges and shelf layouts as per planograms
- Ensure correct pricing and product labels
- Set up and maintain point-of-sale materials
- Complete all required administration accurately
Relationship Management
- Build positive working relationships with:
- Store Management
- Area Managers
- Head Office teams
- Customers
- Fellow Merchandisers
