ARC Stores is hiring an eCommerce Content Intern in Cape Town, offering R21.38 – R25.75 per hour for a 6–12 month internship.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Digital and IT team, you’ll support the Website Content Co-ordinator with:
Product & Content Uploads
- Uploading product descriptions and attributes to the CMS
- Managing product images in line with brand guidelines
- Supporting homepage updates and campaign launches
- Ensuring mobile-first optimisation
Metadata & SEO Support
- Updating meta titles, descriptions, alt text, and tags
- Supporting keyword research
- Improving internal and Google search visibility
- Identifying SEO gaps and improvement opportunities
Product Data & Quality Control
- Reviewing live listings for accuracy
- Cleaning and formatting product data
- Conducting quality checks on pricing, imagery, and stock
You’ll work closely with Digital, Brand, Buying, and Marketing teams — gaining exposure to real ecommerce operations in a luxury retail environment.

Who Should Apply?

Bonus Skills:
- Basic SEO knowledge
