How the Role Works
Phase 1: Software Learning & Support
You’ll first focus on learning the systems and how clients use them:
- Learn ERP and POS software from the ground up
- Assist with basic customer support and troubleshooting
- Work closely with technical and implementation teams
- Understand real business workflows and client challenges
Phase 2: Sales & Marketing
Once trained, you’ll transition into sales and marketing:
- Respond to leads from Google Ads, Facebook, website enquiries, and WhatsApp
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email
- Do cold calling and outreach to small and medium businesses
- Research potential clients (retail, wholesale, startups)
- Present and demonstrate software solutions
- Help close deals and onboard new clients
