The HESTO Harnesses Internship Programme 2026 is a 24-month structured development programme, offered through two streams:
- Engineer in Training
- Graduate in Training
The programme is designed to equip newly qualified graduates with practical industry exposure, mentorship, and real-world skills to enhance employability in the manufacturing and automotive sector.

Selection Criteria
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a minimum average of 60%
- Qualification must be fully completed (no outstanding modules)
- Have no outstanding tuition fees
- Submit an official Statement of Results
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken)

- Certified copy of ID
- Certified copies of qualifications
- Official Statement of Results on institutional letterhead
