SBV Services (Pty) Ltd. is offering a YES4Youth opportunity within its Learning and Development Department. This role gives you practical exposure to HR systems, bursary administration, payroll support, compliance reporting, and training coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team by:
HR & Systems Support
- Maintaining the Skills Module on HRIS and LMS systems
- Loading new employees and delinking terminated employees
- Uploading training certificates and qualifications
- Assisting with onboarding of learners, graduates, and YES participants
- Supporting payroll input for learners and graduates
Bursary & Training Administration
- Managing the bursary email inbox
- Processing bursary applications
- Drafting bursary agreements
- Tracking academic progress and results
- Uploading completed qualifications

Minimum Requirements
Education:
- 1-Year Diploma in HR
- MS Office (Intermediate Level)
Experience:
- 1–2 years administrative experience
- At least 1 year compiling reports in HR or training environment
- Experience using HRIS systems (preferably SAGE) or LMS is advantageous
