Key Responsibilities
As a Toolroom Trainee, you will:
- Perform incoming mould inspections
- Maintain moulds according to preventative maintenance schedules
- Repair and modify damaged tooling
- Troubleshoot mould problems within company standards
- Assist with safe mould tear down, assembly, and cleaning procedures
- Install hydraulic lines, pipes, fittings, and check electrical connections
- Maintain tooling documentation and shift handovers
- Participate in efficiency and quality improvement workshops
- Ensure safe lifting, movement, and handling of moulds and components

Minimum Requirements
