What This Role Involves
This is not a training coordinator role — it is a strategic leadership position responsible for designing and managing the Group’s learning and development function.
1️⃣ SETA & QCTO Accreditation Management
You will:
- Manage and maintain accreditation with relevant SETAs and QCTO
- Ensure compliance with legislation and quality standards
- Handle audits, site visits, and reporting
- Liaise with quality assurance bodies

2️⃣ Competency Framework Development
