What is the ARMSCOR Talent and Development Programme?
The TDP is designed to equip graduates with practical knowledge, industry skills, and professional competencies. Participants receive on-the-job training combined with structured educational activities, preparing them for a successful career in their chosen field.
Fields of Study
ARMSCOR is accepting graduates with qualifications in:
- Diploma / BEng Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Diploma / BSc Eng Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Diploma / BSc Eng Electrical Engineering
- BSc Geoinformatics / Geospatial
- Diploma / BSc Computer Science / IT / AI / Software Development
Experience: None required – training is provided! Perfect for newly qualified graduates.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens
- Be willing to relocate
- Be 35 years or younger
- Have a clear criminal record
Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act, and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
