The Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) is inviting unemployed South African graduates to apply for its GEPFuture Internship Programme 2026–2028. This structured internship provides valuable workplace experience in finance and risk management within one of South Africa’s largest pension funds.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Be aged 18 to 35 years
- Have completed a 3-year Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7)
- Have achieved minimum academic results:
- 60% average (undergraduate)
- 55% average (postgraduate, if applicable)
- Clearly indicate academic averages on CV
Important Selection Conditions

- Candidates with prior internship or formal work experience in the same field will not be considered
- Students who have not completed their qualification should not apply
- Preference will be given to:
- Persons with disabilities
- Graduates from previously disadvantaged institutions
