If you want skills + experience that can launch a real career, the SAFCOL (South African Forestry Company) training programmes for 2026 offer structured pathways from beginner training to graduate internships in forestry and related fields.

SAFCOL doesn’t just operate plantations — it runs a training and development centre aimed at equipping young people with the tools they need for success in forestry, processing, technical trades, and workplace environments.

What Opportunities SAFCOL Offers

SAFCOL’s development programmes include a mix of learnerships, graduate internships, apprenticeships, and skills training. These help youth and graduates build real skills and improve their job prospects.

Most learnerships also include:

  • National qualifications accredited by SETAs
